Data Deletion Request

RelayOS provides an operator inbox and AI-assisted messaging platform that connects to Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp on behalf of the businesses that use it. When a business connects a channel, we process the messages and basic contact identifiers (such as a Messenger PSID, Instagram-scoped ID, or WhatsApp number) needed to deliver and display those conversations.
You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time, whether you are an end-user who messaged a business using RelayOSor an operator of a RelayOS workspace.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@relayos.xyz with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include enough information for us to identify your data — for example, the Instagram username, Facebook profile, or phone number you used to message the business, and the name of the business you contacted.
What we delete
Upon a verified request we delete the conversation content, attachments, and contact identifiers associated with you from our systems and instruct our processors to do the same. We will confirm completion by email, normally within 30 days of verifying the request.
Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, billing or fraud-prevention records), and only for as long as legally required.
Removing app access
You can also revoke RelayOS's access to a connected account directly from the platform that owns it — for Facebook/Instagram, under Settings → Business integrations / Apps and websites. Revoking access stops further processing but does not by itself delete previously stored data; use the email request above for deletion.
