Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using RelayOS (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that organization. The Service is operated by Numobel, a sole proprietorship of Tushar Agrawal based at B-62, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India (“RelayOS”, “we”, “us”).

2. The Service

RelayOS is an AI-native operational communications platform: a unified operator inbox and AI assistants for running customer conversations across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct on behalf of the businesses that use it. The Service is offered as a hosted product and may also be self-hosted under separate agreement.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account, including your operators and any end-users you interact with. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.

4. Connecting third-party channels (Meta platforms)

To use messaging features you connect accounts on Meta platforms (Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and/or WhatsApp Business Accounts). You represent that you own or are authorized to connect those accounts, and you agree to comply with the platform providers' own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Developer Policies. Your use of those platforms through RelayOS is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for the platforms' availability or changes.

5. Fees and payment

Access to paid features is governed by the plan you subscribe to. Fees, where applicable, are due as described at the point of subscription and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on reasonable prior notice effective at your next billing period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

  • use the Service to send spam, unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages, or to violate any applicable messaging, anti-spam, telemarketing, or data-protection laws;
  • violate the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, or other channel-provider rules;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or transmit harmful, illegal, or abusive content;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the security, rate limits, or access controls of the Service;
  • use AI features to make legally significant decisions about individuals without human review, or for biometric identification, emotion recognition, or similar prohibited uses;
  • use output of the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing AI model.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or for conduct that poses a risk to the Service or other users.

7. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the content you and your end-users submit through the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and support the Service during your use of it. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents (including from end-users) to provide Customer Data and to have it processed through the connected channels and any AI provider you enable. We handle Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy; for personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor.

8. AI features

The Service uses AI to draft replies, summarize, and assist operators, using the provider you select (self-hosted, Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic — all optional). You acknowledge that:

  • AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before it reaches end-users and for maintaining appropriate human oversight;
  • where required by law, you will inform end-users that they may be interacting with an AI system;
  • we do not warrant AI output, and your Customer Data is not used to train our or our providers' models (see Privacy Policy §6).

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, and our trademarks and content, is and remains our property. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as permitted here. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Availability of the connected Meta platforms and any AI provider is outside our control.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet your business, legal, or regulatory requirements.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

13. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us from third-party claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your violation of a channel provider's terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export of Customer Data for 30 days, after which we may delete it (subject to the Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements).

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and update the “Last updated” date; for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Greater Noida, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law in your jurisdiction.
