RelayOS treats security as a platform property, not a checkbox. Customer data is encrypted at the storage layer before it ever reaches disk, tenant boundaries are enforced in the database, and every AI provider is contractually barred from training on your messages.

  • Message content, contact identifiers, and knowledge-base data encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and per-tenant data-encryption keys — envelope encryption with key rotation.
  • Tenant isolation enforced at the database layer via PostgreSQL row-level security. One tenant's data is structurally inaccessible to another.
  • Searchable fields use keyed HMAC blind indexes. No plaintext search tokens are stored.
  • TLS in transit for all API, webhook, and operator traffic.
  • AI providers are optional and contractually barred from training on your data — you choose which models are enabled, per agent.
